Connecting computing and the physical world.

I’m Matias Brandt Møller. I work with applied AI, spatial applications, procedural 3D and simulation.

Building across digital and physical worlds.

I'm a developer based in Denmark, with a background in physics-based simulation, procedural 3D and software development.

I've spent more than a decade working with simulation and procedural systems, from visual effects production and custom tools and pipelines to interactive 3D applications. I also hold an MSc in Medialogy, where my thesis explored fluid simulation and the relationship between physical accuracy and perceived realism.

Today, at Trifork, I work across spatial computing, technical visualisation and applied AI, developing interactive applications, digital twins and intelligent tools. My projects span different technologies and industries, but they share an interest in making complex computational systems useful and accessible.

I'm particularly interested in the intersection of simulation, procedural 3D and AI — from creating environments where intelligent systems can learn to exploring how machine learning can enhance physical simulation.

Much of my work connects the digital and physical worlds in two directions: using simulation and procedural 3D to model physical systems and environments in software, and spatial computing to bring digital information and interaction into physical environments. XR is a natural focus for me today, but my interests extend beyond any particular platform or medium.
